Game Room (104) Opens Week of November 6th

Next Friday our Rock Star Cam will highlight the new game room (104). One option for utilizing this room is for students whose names are pulled on Friday and then choose a ticket into the game room (with a friend) as their prize. Kelly will help supervise a time that will work for that. A reminder that we have our Turkey Trot on Wednesday, November 1st. We will run our 30 minute specialist schedule. During the 60 minutes, students will be racing on the football field, having hot chocolate and finishing with craft projects in the gym. 

Also we have a two hour early release on Friday, November 3rd (we will run our twenty minute specials). A reminder that K and 3rd grade lunch times very different on a two hour early release day. Staff will practice a lockdown at 2:10pm, after given a specific time of the day. You'll then practice that lockdown in the space you'd typically be in at that time. Support staff normally not here are encouraged to stay and log this time in true time. After the lockdown, we will debrief in the media center. Please review our lockdown procedures, remember classroom doors should be locked during the school day with your hold opens, keeping doors a little ajar.
