Minor Reteach forms Begin This Week

Last week we completed our six weeks of teaching our PBIS expectations in all school settings. Starting this week, we will begin utilizing the reteaching forms to document reteaching done by EP Rock staff.  Again the reteaching forms for minor (teacher/staff managed behavior) have two purposes, to help decrease student behavioral errors and build fluency, while also identifying students who may need more than our Tier I teaching. Students who receive three minors within a month are considered for entry into CICO. Here is the video showing how to complete the reteaching using a poster/matrix prior to documenting the reteaching on a form. Below are the tips for teacher managed behavior documentation. 

One last reminder, minor forms are placed first in the classroom teacher's mailbox, if reteaching occurred outside the classroom (so teacher is aware), classroom teacher then turns them into Tiffany.
