Week Four

 Staff,

Based on the mask matrix, EP Rock staff and students are again recommended (but not required) to mask this week. Remember tomorrow is picture day, so get your outfit laid out tonight. For our Tuesday PLCs, we will continue our conversations from last week while utilizing the same protocol. On Wednesday, we will have our staff meeting in the media center for certified staff, and the spirit bus will be coming to EP Rock at 9:35am. Please seat your students by classroom around the outside edges of main blacktop area of the playground. Specialist teachers, bring the class you will be teaching out to the playground too. On Wednesday, students and staff are welcome to wear blue, white or Raider gear.   

On Friday, Amanda pushed out an email on conference scheduling. As she mentioned, please block out some breaks within your schedule. In my Thursday newsletter to parents, I will review the conference sign up process with them, but we are changing when it will open for parents to schedule. This will now be moved to Thursday to coincide with my communication. Face to face conferences are the default, but if parents request to meet virtually, google meet can be utilized in the same manner it was last year.
