EP Rock Teachers:

Thank you for all the work you will be doing to support our students the next few days and while they will be learning at home. I have switched our SMART Team meeting on Tuesday to a staff meeting to assist you with your planning and the logistics with online instruction. Amanda McCarthy will be at the meeting too.

Embedded in Dave Grambow's email on Friday, was an online learning Checklist for Teachers. Please review this and start completing this checklist before our staff meeting on Tuesday. There are things you'll need to do like installing the Screencastify extension, and some things you'll need your students to practice like logging into classlink through the Raider Portal. Here's a Screencastify modeling this process.  Please reach out to Amanda McCarthy or Dave Mass if you need assistance with anything on the checklist. We will spend some time at the staff meeting on Tuesday talking through the tools and ensuring that we have a shared understanding of the process to navigate the online learning environment.

Before our meeting on Tuesday, please decide on your daily office hours. Once you've this figured out, add them and your work email to this document:  EP Rock Online Office Hours. If there are ways I can clarify anything, while you are planning prior to our meeting on Tuesday, let me know. EP Rock we can do this!
