Conference Weeks and Hot Air Affair

This week and next week there will be no Wednesday staff meetings to give you additional time for conference prep. During your PLC time this week, Amanda McCarthy will assist you in using new learning from your guided reading training, along with your most recent instructional reading level update, to plan for one of your guided reading groups. Have that group in mind when you meet with your teams on Tuesday or Wednesday. During the week of February 10th-14th, your PLC time will be yours to use as you see fit. Feel free to use it for prepping your second week of parent/teacher conferences, if you so choose.
This Friday, our February All School Meeting will be replaced with a hot air balloon presentation. K-2nd grade students will be meeting in the gym from 2:45-3:10pm for the first presentation followed by grades 3rd-5th from 3:15-3:45pm for the second one.
