Winter Screening Window

This week first and second grade students will complete their winter AIMS reading screeners and third grade has Fastbridge math. A reminder that within the HSD Assessment Calendar, there are tabs for grade levels to see what subtests are given during the winter window. When looking at risk levels on the AIMS sub tests (low risk, on watch, some risk, high risk):  our goal is to have 80% of our students falling in the low risk category. This can be a lead measure for us to gauge if we are on track with our students responding to our core instruction and for our SLO and building goals for reading. 

Certified staff, the floating PD window is open, make sure you are tracking your PD hours in this document while wrapping out your hours by the end of the day on Friday, January 16th.
