I hope you are having a productive PD and preparation day. In the case of a two hour late tomorrow, due to cold weather, the first specials would start at 11:00am. This will be 10 minutes into the fourth special of the day, and specials aren't adjusted for late starts due to weather. We are also a few weeks away from mid year SLOs being due. Below is a screenshot to help you with reflecting on your mid year data, and any adjustments you need to make, if applicable.
