Last 7 Mindsets Book Discussion

At this week's staff meeting, we have a full agenda. There will be a review regarding the homelessness criteria and Jen Lotse will provide ITS updates. Please read Chapter 10:  Live Your Dreams in The 7 Mindsets book and bring it to the staff meeting. Be ready to discuss these four ideas:

1. Radical Self Interest
2. The Power of the Pack
3. Measure the Milestones
4. Expect the Unexpected

If time permits, we will also circle back around to our strengths from the Strengths Finder you took at the beginning of the year. I have linked here our building document that shows certified and the office staff's top five strengths. You may want to go back to your book on read the pages about leading with each of these strengths and see what items resonate with you.
