We have a busy upcoming week. At our Wednesday staff meeting, I will review filling out the student surveys that will help with class placements. Amanda McCarthy created an Assessment in Illuminate that will house most of the academic and behavioral data you'll need to help you with your ratings. The assessment is called EP Class Creator Data Spring 22. The attached rubric is meant to assist you in rating students as consistently as we can. Thus giving us the best chance to create balanced classrooms for the following school year. Early next week, you will receive an email from to to be able to access Class Creator to input this data. You will not need to do anything with it until our staff meeting on Wednesday. 

On Thursday you'll have a Forum in the media center at 8:00am with district administration. We will also follow the 30 minute specialist schedule below to allow for the 4th grade dress rehearsal starting at about 3:05pm. Consensus in the building was to have all grade levels attend this performance, so I will see you all there. Finally, here's the Friday, April 15th schedule. Classroom teachers, when not in professional development, please use this time to fill out Class Creator surveys (K-4) or AIM (5) forms. The other time left is yours to use for planning and preparations.
