Here's a few business items for the next two school weeks. Besides opening up indoor field trips, here's a couple other COVID related items that SMART Team came to consensus on loosening up. Teachers you are free to have parent volunteers in based on needs in your classroom, just make sure they have completed the volunteer form and background check. Tiffany can assist you with this. I will communicate to parents this week that they can return to have lunch with their child(ren) with the following stipulations:  parents either bring a bag lunch or eat hot lunch, and students won't be able to invite a friend to eat with them and their guardian. Classroom teachers you have the option to start up book buddies, if you are ready, and want to do so. 

A reminder on Friday we have an early release set aside for Trimester II report cards. Here's the schedule for completing, printing and sending them home.

Friday 03/04/22 Early release to work on report cards, specialist schedule below

Monday 03/07/22 Grade window closes at 11:59 p.m.  

Tuesday 03/08/22 Office will print report cards and reopen Skyward.

Wednesday 03/09/22 Grade window closes at 11:59 p.m.  

Thursday 03/10/22 Office will reprint report cards as needed by noon and report cards go home in Thursday folders. 

Finally on Friday, March 11th we will run the 30 minute specialist schedule to allow for our Beach Day All School Read In activity in the gym starting at 3:05pm.
