Last Full Week Before Winter Break

 Staff,

On Wednesday we will have our virtual staff meeting at 8:00am, and all staff are invited. Support staff who decide to attend please log into True Time before the meeting and note on your electronic time sheet the staff meeting. During the meeting, we will have two breakout sessions allowing for small group discussions. The first breakout will consist of staff having a conversation around what have been the silver linings during the first half of the year. We will also revisit the article on resilience we began our first staff meeting with. I have placed another hard copy of this article in your mailboxes, please reflect on what now resonates with you. 

At the end of last week, I was working with our EP Rock Parent Group around partnering with them to be able to utilize their movie site license on the last day before winter break. During this unique year, we were looking at how we could still do an all school activity when it is difficult to gather during or after school. The movie that we landed on is Toy Story 4 (rated G), and there will be more information to come tomorrow. Mrs. Curtis is also assisting with SEL themes around this movie that we can introduce on our Rock Report.

Here's to our last full week of school before winter break. We can do this!
