FPC Classroom Kits

Staff,

As you know our FPC materials have come in and will be ready for disbursement in the link area at EP Rock, as soon as the final baggies come in. When they do, I will let you know once they are with the kits.  Amy Wise has barcoded all materials. Each teacher is asked to bring home these materials and watch the presentation before you even try to open the boxes. (Trust us it will save you time!) There will be more information to come about FPC virtual training opportunities in June.  The link below specifies what boxes to take home.  There could be some boxes you will not want to take home but make sure to put them safely in your room.  If you have any questions at all about what you should be taking and the optional boxes please reach out to Paula Blattner for any questions or help you may need. Be sure to open this doc and presentation and watch videos BEFORE you open any boxes.

I have have some updates to the dates for the end of the year. The end of the year grade level mini-assessment window starts a day earlier than I talked to teams about on Friday. The three assessment dates are Monday, May 18th-Wednesday, May 20th. Friday, May 22nd will remain your last day of whole group instruction with your classroom closure activities. We have finalized the elementary dates for students to pick up their materials and drop off books and devices. It will be Thursday, June 4th and Friday, June 5th, if needed. Finally here's the most recent trauma informational flyer our elementary counseling team has put together.
